Pauline is a seasoned legal professional with over ten years of expertise in conveyancing, family law, and mediation.
A proud alumna of The Catholic University of Eastern Africa, she has built a distinguished career through roles at Judy Thongori & Co. Advocates, Hayanga & Co. Advocates, and as the founder of Ngigi P.N. & Co. Advocates.
Known for her empathy and strategic insight, Pauline offers thoughtful and effective legal counsel, particularly in property and family law matters.
Patricia W. Mundia
Advocate of the High Court | Certified Mediator
Child Justice & Family Law Specialist
Patricia is an advocate with rich experience in human rights, family law and child justice. She holds an LL.B and a postgraduate diploma in law and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Rights Law at the University of Nairobi and a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications and Public Relations at Daystar University.
She has worked with the Judiciary, International Justice Mission and FIDA-Kenya in advancing access to justice. She represents the Law Society of Kenya on the NCAJ Standing Committee on Child Justice and is a contributor to International Juvenile Justice frameworks.
She is a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and the Chairperson of the East Africa Law Society Family Law Committee.
Kibaara Murithi Kibaara

Litigation and Commercial Law Specialist
Kibaara holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi and was admitted to the Bar in 2020.
Before co-founding Ngigi Mundia Advocates LLP, he practiced as an Associate at Kimondo Gachoka & Company Advocates where he handled a wide range of legal matters including insurance disputes, commercial litigation, constitutional law, employment matters, and intellectual property. He also has an MSc in Professional Accountancy.
He has appeared before various courts and tribunals, and is well-regarded for his strategic thinking, litigation skill and practical approach to dispute resolution.
