Pauline is the Managing Partner at Ngigi Mundia Advocates LLP, bringing over fifteen years of distinguished practice as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She has served in diverse capacities, including as a Legal Officer at Pendekezo Letu and as an Associate at Judy Thongori & Co. Advocates, gaining extensive experience in  family law litigation and legal research.

Pauline specializes in family law litigation, with expertise spanning probate and succession, matrimonial law, property law, and child law, where she passionately represents clients in complex disputes, including those with international dimensions. A Certified Professional Mediator, Commissioner for Oaths, and Notary Public, she has also served on the Law Society of Kenya’s Child Law and ADR Committees (2024–2026) and contributed to public interest litigation in matrimonial property rights through FIDA Kenya.
